For the day-to-day of a modern agency — policies, quotes, claims, commissions, ACORD forms, retention and legal hold, documents, and a client portal — yes. Two honest gaps: IVANS carrier downloads are pending partnership (our adapter is code-complete), and we integrate QuickBooks/Xero rather than building double-entry accounting.
Do you have a built-in rater?
Yes — the Rater Bridge returns real carrier premiums straight into your CRM instead of making you re-key data, proven live on a real Miami book. Agency availability is rolling out. Until then, connect your existing rater (Tarmika, Bold Penguin, etc.) via Zapier and our REST API. It stops at the quote; binding stays human, by design.
Is it really free? What's the catch?
