Yes. The On Us plan is $0 a month with no trial deadline and no credit card required. It includes unlimited users and up to 1,000 clients and 10,000 records.
Is the free plan a trial?
No. On Us is permanent and never converts to a paid plan automatically. You decide if and when to upgrade.
Is WYN an agency management system or just a CRM?
Both. WYN is an insurance CRM and agency management system. The free plan covers the CRM plus core policy records; the commissions engine, client portal and integrations are on paid plans.
How many users can I add for free?
As many as you need. Every WYN plan includes unlimited users, so producers, CSRs and admins all get their own login at no cost.
What happens when I reach 1,000 clients or 10,000 records?

Can I import my book and export it later?
Yes. Imports take up to 50,000 rows per file. Exports to CSV and ACORD XML are free on every plan, including if you leave.
Does the free plan include a phone system or rater?
Not yet. The built-in phone system is coming soon on every plan. The Rater Bridge is proven inside WYN’s own agency but not yet available to outside agencies.
